Welcome to the "Oil Painting Workshop Artwork Distribution Event." These terms and conditions apply to your participation in the event and the purchase of items within the event. Please read carefully before making a purchase.

1. Event Cancellation and Refunds
1.1 Organizer Cancels the Event
If the event is canceled by the organizer due to force majeure (such as natural disasters, pandemics, etc.) or other reasons, all buyers will receive a full refund, including ticket and item costs. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after the event cancellation notice.

1.2 Buyer Did Not Receive the Item
If a buyer does not receive the purchased item due to shipping delays, loss, or other reasons, the buyer will receive a full refund.

As this event involves the sale of physical goods, once the buyer receives the item, if the item is damaged, incomplete, or has any other quality issues, the buyer can request a return.

Organizer Cancels the Event: If the event is canceled, all purchased tickets and items will be refunded in full.

Once the refund is issued by TicketOnline.kaufen, there will be no further transactions between the buyer and the organizer. The organizer will consult with TicketOnline.kaufen to handle the refund matters. All ownership and decisions regarding the refund process are determined by the organizer.
All refunds will be processed through the original payment method and may take 10-15 business days to complete.
